Our apparatus would help students to get a clear understanding of how the principles of electromagnetism, form the basis of the cathode ray effect.
The apparatus consists of a cylindrical glass tube with two terminals.
Rotating vanes are placed between the two electrodes.
When connected to an Induction Coil, the movement of these vanes can be observed. Thus, students can recognize how the cathode rays exert a pushing effect on the object they fall on.
Hence, the kinetic energy possessed by cathode rays can be perceived.
The tube also glows which increases the dramatization.
Our cathode ray tube apparatus is supplied complete with a stand.
