MAG-7 MOUNTED MAGNETOMETER

Our instrument comprises of a stout compass box, fitted with an aluminium dial, 100mm in diameter, graduated 0-90° four times, an anti-parallax mirror, and an agate centered magnetic needle fitted with an aluminium pointer designed to provide adequate damping.

Here the compass box is fitted at the centre of a polished wooden base made of non-warping wood.

There is a meter scale, graduated 0-50 cm on either side of the compass box.
