Human Urinary System Model – 3 Parts

A natural size model that separates into 3 parts.

In this model, one can examine:

• The structures of the retroperitoneal space
• The greater and lesser pelvis with bones and muscles
• The inferior vena cava and the abdominal aorta, alongwith the common iliac artery and vein
• The urinary tract consisting of the kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra.
• The suprarenal and the prostate glands.

The right kidney can be detached, to show the cortex, medulla, pyramids, major and minor calyces the renal pelvis and the hilum with the renal artery, vein and ureter.

The urinary bladder and prostate are removable.

This model is mounted on a base and numbered with an English key card.
